In the Observatory on Childbirth and Ageing, more then understanding, characterize and evaluate tendencies in childbirth and ageing, we want to start immediately developing initiatives that promote child-friendly policies.

This focus on encouraging visible and measurable courses of action to promote active ageing policies on organizations, led us to create the Best Practices Maternity Award which credits excellence towards organizations that demonstrate having best practices regarding work-life balance, family-friendly and childbirth promoting policies.
